About Beaconsfield Construction

Since 1996, Beaconsfield Construction has been undertaking quality residential construction projects on the West Island of Montreal. During this period, we have probably worked on some of the homes of your neighbors and friends.

Beaconsfield Construction was founded by Karl Wockner in 1996.


Having years of on-site construction experience as a full carpenter, Karl is the lead project manager for each of the projects we undertake. For all aspects of your upcoming project, Karl will be your main point of contact.

Our Goals

One of the main goals of Beaconsfield Construction is to provide our clients excellence in on-going technical consultations from the start of the project, to the finishing touches. To fulfill this goal, we proudly state that our company is completely fluent in the common digital language of architectural design and construction, namely, AutoCad design software.  For precision and clarity, we regularly communicate with our clients' architects, designers, engineers and selected trades and suppliers, using AutoCad design drawings whenever needed, so that we can all solve any design issues, and clarify any details, as a team.


Naturally, our second main goal is to build beautiful, solid and enduring homes for our clients. Beaconsfield Construction has a stable group of qualified, reliable and experienced sub-trades which follow all our projects. Pride in workmanship is taken. Fussiness for well-conceived details is crucial to what we do.... In fact, our clients, during their many on-site visits, are soon on a first-name basis with the very workmen who are working on their project, such as excavators & foundation, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, ground-water pumping technicians, plasters and painters as their projects advance. We are a family.

Apart from its own company guarantee, Beaconsfield Construction provides our clients the mandatory third-party new home guarantee as required by provincial law by Garantie Construction Résidentielle.
