This design of this house has been highly engineered and meticulously detailed to radically minimize its energy use, while guaranteeing an exceptionally high level of interior comfort for our clients.
Despite the extensive use of large sliding doors and windows, this house is considered to be ultra-low energy use. This house is designed to use only $ 405 of energy per year for its heating and cooling demands.
This house will soon receive its official Passive House Certification accreditation since it has successfully passed all thermal and air-change performance requirements as verified by third-party testing.
